Macpup - an excellent remix of Puppy Linux

I'm really impressed of this little linux distribution called Macpup, and I did choose the version MacFoxy. To install puppy versions of linux is a little bit tricky, but I saw a great tutorial here (for the Macpup Opera install):



I also recommend to have a version of Gparted available, because there could be errors, which aren't possible to solve with Macpup's built-in Gparted.

The thirst for information is within you

When you thought you knew it all, someone tells you that there is a difference between Data, Information, Knowledge & Wisdom, also known as DIKW.


Pretty almost everything can be found on the internet, but to gain wisdom, you have to experience real nature, and real people. This should be obvious, but it isn't for the upcoming generations. They have already put their trust in the online virtual realities. The hausse will continue as long as the fascination remains, and the business is growing.

And when reality itself isn't just boring, but not interesting enough, will "the wisdom of virtual worlds" be written?
